Through our trauma-informed programs and digital workforce pathways, Woman Unsilenced aims to transform the lives of trauma- and justice-impacted women, gender-expansive people, and their families. Within the next three years, we project:

• 500+ participants will complete entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and financial empowerment training.
   
• 50% will secure employment, internships, or launch, via entrepreneurship, income-generating ventures in the digital economy.
   
• 80% will report improved confidence, self-worth, and community connection.
   
• 90% reduction in recidivism risk among participants who complete reentry and career readiness programs.
   
• Expansion to three boroughs in New York, strengthening local partnerships that create sustainable pipelines to employment and entrepreneurship.
   

Beyond the numbers, our impact is measured in restored voices, renewed confidence, and the ripple effect of economic stability that strengthens families and communities for generations to come.
