Ready TECH Hire Jr. Leadership Program Leader
Computer Science Major, Brooklyn College
Juliet’s journey with Woman Unsilenced began in 2023 in our Jr. Leadership Program, where she immediately distinguished herself through curiosity, focus, and a strong commitment to personal and academic growth. Her leadership potential was clear from the start, and she has continued to rise to every challenge placed before her.
Today, Juliet is a junior at Brooklyn College, completing her degree in Computer Science, a testament to her determination and a powerful example of what young women can achieve when given access, support, and opportunity.
As she continues her academic journey, Juliet now serves as the Program Leader for the Ready TECH Hire Jr. Leadership cohort, guiding and motivating new students with the same compassion and confidence that defined her own experience. She mentors participants on digital skills, professionalism, and goal-setting, offering real-life proof of the pathways created through our programs.
