Lonett R. Williams

Lonett R. Williams, aka Cookie is the President and CEO of Woman Unsilenced LLC, Repurpose Thinking LLC, two mission-driven organizations dedicated to empowering underserved communities with access to digital literacy, career advancement and education in entrepreneurship. Her work at Woman Unsilenced offers women and their families healing centered programming. 

A Columbia University JIE Scholar and recipient of the Black Wall Street Joe Mann Award, Lonett is celebrated for her resilience, leadership, and advocacy in  women’s empowerment.

Known from BET Plus’ American Gangster: Trap Queens, Lonett’s story is one of triumph over adversity, transforming her challenges into a movement for second chances and community restoration. As a Certified Master Life and Entrepreneurship Coach, and career pathing professional, she leads programs that foster purpose, financial independence, and digital literacy.
