Ready TECH Hire

 For young people ready to step into leadership, this program provides digital skills, career readiness, and mentorship.

Students earn IBM SkillsBuild digital credentials, create resumes and LinkedIn profiles, and connect to internships, apprenticeships, and college opportunities, as these skills are industry recognized and bode well on college applications. 

Our Jr. Leaders complete a team oriented Capstone Project.  A digital portfolio, advocacy plan, or entrepreneurship project proving their skills and readiness for internships or job placement in their field of choice. 

It doesn't stop there, we use our resources and collaborate with our Community partners to further ensure our participants have access to the help they need in order to succeed.

This program equips women, single mothers, and gender expansive to balance family and career.

Alongside leadership training and digital upskilling, participants build digital literacy, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship skills. When mothers rise, families and communities rise with them.

In every track of our Ready TECH Hire Pre-apprenticeship Program, participants complete a Capstone Project.  A digital portfolio, advocacy plan, or entrepreneurship project proving their skills and readiness for the workforce. 

It doesn't stop there, we have partnered with Community Agencies to further ensure our participants have a place in the workforce with access to real-time job opportunities. 

 This track is more than training, it’s a fresh start!
